We built SoulWhisper for privacy. Your whispers stay yours.

1. Overview

SoulWhisper (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is designed for privacy from the ground up. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Most data stays entirely on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Voice recordings & transcripts: stored locally on your device.
Usage diagnostics: optional, anonymized crash/performance metrics via Apple if you opt in at the OS level.
Purchase data: handled securely by Apple’s StoreKit and App Store; we do not receive your full payment details.

3. How We Use Information

To provide reflections and 90‑second regulation routines locally.
To maintain your subscription and restore purchases through Apple.
To improve reliability and performance (aggregated diagnostics only).

4. Data Storage & Deletion

Your personal content (recordings, transcripts, reflections) is stored locally on your device. You can erase all app data anytime via Settings → Delete All Data. We do not retain a cloud copy unless you enable future sync features (off by default).

5. Third‑Party Services

We rely on Apple frameworks (Speech, Face ID/Touch ID, StoreKit, WidgetKit). We do not embed advertising SDKs or cross‑site trackers.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.

7. Security

On‑device data is protected by iOS sandboxing and optional biometric lock. Network traffic (e.g., subscription validation) uses modern TLS encryption.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Most data is stored only on your device; for requests, contact us and we’ll assist.
